ORDER STATUS

Sign In

To view your Order Status, you must first sign in to access your account.

In the Sign in Your Account, you will have the following options:

1. Get a quick access token by email:

You fill in with the same e-mail used in your order then you will receive an email with a token.

2. Sign in using your email and password

You can register by filling in with the same email used in your order and then with the password you created. If you don't have a password, click on Register New Password to create one, after you will receive a token by email to confirm your new password.

Order Statuses

The order has been prepared:

The order has been confirmed, and we have already sent a confirmation email with the Order Number.

The order has shipped:

As soon as the order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the Tracking Number.
