How can I pay?

What if I’m not in when my parcel is delivered?

Delivery policies depend on your location. We advise you to be aware of the delivery policy of your country. It may be necessary for someone to receive your pack. In some countries, the shipping company may leave the pack with a neighbor or may leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the package, providing you details on where the pack is, and how to contact them to re-arrange the delivery, or it just advise where you can collect your packaging.

What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
